This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are accepted. By purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if the product received is damaged during transportation, defective upon delivery, or different from the product ordered. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
  • Not show signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or specially manufactured machinery.
  • Products ordered specifically on customer request.
  • Installed or used machinery.
  • Electrical or electronic components damaged due to improper installation.
  • Products damaged because of customer negligence or misuse.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our technical team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability. Replacement requests must include photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customized, bulk, or special-order machinery cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping and transportation charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, incorrect product delivery, or a manufacturing defect. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

7. Inspection Process

All returned products undergo inspection before any refund or replacement is approved. Jharkhand Machinery reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned product does not satisfy the conditions mentioned in this policy.

8. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be claimed according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty services may include repair or replacement but do not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Changes to This Policy

Jharkhand Machinery reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will become effective immediately after being published on this page.
