1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse. If the cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation requests generally cannot be accepted. Customers may instead refer to our Refund & Return Policy if the delivered product qualifies for return.

3. Customized & Special Orders

Orders for customized machinery, made-to-order equipment, bulk purchases, or products specially procured for a customer cannot be cancelled once manufacturing, procurement, or processing has started.

4. Cancellation by Jharkhand Machinery

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product is unavailable or out of stock.
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
• Failure or rejection of payment.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized transactions.
• Events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or government restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method or bank transfer.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations made before dispatch, refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation approval. The actual credit time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

6. Cancellation Charges

In most cases, no cancellation fee is charged for orders cancelled before dispatch. However, if any processing costs, banking charges, procurement expenses, or transportation costs have already been incurred, such charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law.

• Reason for Cancellation
